Quote Accuracy
Any shop can throw a number at you before asking what you drive. It will move later. These are the things that actually decide the figure, so the more of them you send, the more solid the quote you get back.
The vehicle itself, whether the quote is built on original equipment glass or quality aftermarket, and what the glass has living inside it. Rain sensors, a heated wiper park area, an acoustic interlayer and heads up display all change the part on newer vehicles.
If the damage is still small, say so. Under three inches and outside your line of sight usually means a chip repair rather than a replacement, which is a fraction of the cost.

During business hours, usually the same day and often within the hour. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm, and closed Sunday. Anything that arrives overnight gets picked up first thing.
Not if the details you sent are accurate. The number we give you is the number you pay, with no trip charge and nothing invented once the old glass is already out. The only time a quote moves is if the vehicle turns out to be a different specification than described, and we would tell you before starting.
The quote is free and there is no obligation. Plenty of people ask us to look at damage, find out it repairs rather than replaces, and go away happy paying very little. We would rather tell you that than sell you glass you did not need.
Yes. Send the vehicle information and we will quote the job. If you decide to claim afterwards we pick up the insurance side then, and having the quote already in hand tends to make that call shorter.
Still worth sending. Damage under about three inches that sits outside the driver's line of sight and away from the edge of the glass will normally repair, which takes under thirty minutes and costs far less than a replacement. It is also free when we are already there doing a full windshield.
